At Elite Meds, we provide simple, reliable and fast delivery for all orders. We use Royal Mail exclusively, based on consistent performance and strong customer satisfaction across our website and eBay stores.

Delivery Options

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.99

• Estimated delivery: 2 working days
• Fully tracked with SMS and email updates
• Deliveries made Monday to Saturday

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.49

• Estimated delivery: next working day
• Fully tracked with SMS and email updates
• Priority dispatch
• Deliveries made Monday to Saturday

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Dispatch Times

• Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day.
• Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
• Orders containing Pharmacy (P) medicines will only be dispatched once your clinical questionnaire has been reviewed and approved by a qualified member of our pharmacy team.

Heavy or Oversized Orders

Some products carry higher postage costs due to their weight or size. Where applicable, our system will calculate the correct postage at checkout.

In rare situations where an order exceeds the standard weight limits for Royal Mail Tracked services, we may need to adjust the delivery charge manually. If this happens, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the revised postage amount. You will have the option to proceed with the additional charge or cancel the order for a full refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your Royal Mail tracking number and a tracking link.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within three working days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 48 hours at: [email protected]. We will investigate the issue immediately. Failure to notify us within 48 hours may limit our ability to resolve the problem.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged (minor cosmetic damage to medicine boxes can be normal), please contact us within 24 hours and attach photos of the damage.

This enables us to submit a claim with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement if required.

Incorrect Delivery Information

If incorrect delivery information is provided at checkout, Royal Mail may be unable to deliver your parcel. Additional charges may apply for reshipment.

Please ensure all address details are correct before placing your order.

Signature and Delivery Responsibility

Some Royal Mail Tracked items may require delivery confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel.

Elite Meds and Royal Mail cannot be held responsible for:
• Missed deliveries due to no one being present
• Deliveries to designated safe places or neighbours
• Non-collection of items from Royal Mail delivery offices

Unless negligence has occurred, responsibility for receiving or collecting the parcel lies with the customer.

Pharmacy (P-Medicine) Orders

For medicines requiring a clinical questionnaire:
• Payment is taken at checkout
• If your questionnaire is not approved, your order will be refunded in full before dispatch
• Orders are only dispatched once a pharmacist authorises the supply

Some remote regions may experience slightly longer delivery times and additional charges.
