  • Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

9. Raising Concerns or Making a Complaint

Our Customer Services team handle all initial complaints relating to your order or our service. If you feel that your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, your case will then be escalated to our Superintendent Pharmacist.
